Opening hours as published on that page:

You must book an appointment
Hampshire requires an appointment to visit any of its recycling centres, and you need your vehicle's registration number. Book at hwrc.hants.gov.uk or through the OurHants app. See the booking page.
Vans, pick-ups and trailers
You need a permit to dispose of household waste in a van or pick-up at any Hampshire centre. The permit is valid for one vehicle only. Hire vans used for no more than three days do not need a permit; select "Hire vehicle" when booking and bring the hire agreement. Cars and motorcycles do not need a permit. Trailers are not permitted at Hayling Island, so a trailer will not get you in here. Check the cost and how to apply on the permit page.
What the centre takes
The county's page lists as accepted: baths, household and car batteries, bedding, cardboard (flattened), carpets, electrical equipment and appliances, fridges and freezers (whole), garden waste, mattresses, mobile phones, printer cartridges, real Christmas trees, vapes and e-cigarettes, wood, and furniture, which can be sold on if in good condition. Limits apply to some items: for example, up to five litres of paint per household per month, up to 10 litres of engine oil per household per six months, and two bin bags of animal waste per household per day. Rubble, soil, plasterboard and sinks and toilets count towards your household's DIY waste allowance, and extra is charged for. For asbestos, check Hampshire County Council's page for which sites take it before you travel. Cooking oil, petrol and diesel, flares, ammunition and explosives are not accepted.
Bulky waste collection from home
If you cannot take items to the tip, Havant Borough Council runs a chargeable bulky waste collection. Phone 023 9244 6019 or email customer.services@havant.gov.uk to book. You must live in the borough, and it is for householders only. It takes items such as sofas, large furniture, beds, carpets, fridges, TVs and large electrical items. Leave items outside your home by 7am, protected from rain, in an open location with any gates unlocked; crews do not enter properties. Damaged upholstered furniture must be sealed or wrapped in tape or plastic. The council will not collect glass or furniture with glass panels, trade waste, refurbishment waste, hazardous waste, batteries, paint, building materials, paving slabs, bricks, rubble, soil, trees or garage doors. Ask for the current price when you book. See the bulky waste page.
For reusable furniture the council suggests charities such as the British Heart Foundation, the Salvation Army and Sue Ryder. For garden waste at home, see our bin guide.
